Step 1: Schedule an Initial Consultation.
We will need half an hour of your time and can meet over zoom or in person. We want to get to know you and find out what your plans are so far. Don’t worry, your plans will grow and develop as you dream, research and learn about everything that is possible.
Step 2: We Go to Work for You…. Designing Your Plan Together.
Once you have contracted our services, we will begin to work our magic. Together, we will develop a plan for special day and then put it into motion. We will negotiate the best prices and terms with only vetted suppliers. You will get a copy of the plan, and we will keep you informed of our progress.
Step 3: Coordinating the Plan.
We are the one stop travel contact for you and your guests. We will secure all the travel arrangements and payments with your guests, freeing up your time to handle the other more important details. We will keep you updated on our process. We will make sure that everyone has their travel documents. We will make sure that the resort and suppliers have all the information that they need. We will stay in contact with you and handle all last-minute details.
Step 4: Let the Party Begin!
We will provide you with your in-destination wedding contact person. Of course, we will be available by email or phone should you need us. We will be watching the clock… imaging all the details coming to life. When you get home, we will want to hear all about it… and to see your photo.
